Requests for visa invitations

If you are a foreign visitor seeking a visa to participate in one or both of these tournaments you must provide the following PRIOR to any visa invitation being issued:

• Completed registration including payment;
• Paid hotel reservation for the duration of the event(s);
• Copy of your passport page where your picture, name, and passport ID are displayed;
• Your full name as it appears on your passport and passport ID;

The organizing committee is NOT responsible for visa processing fees or visa denials. A refund, minus a 10% service charge, will be issued upon providing written proof of a visa denial

Lodging

Lodging is provided by the tournament venue of the Holiday Inn Hotel. We have secured a rate of $99/night + 10% tax for this event which includes a hot breakfast buffet for 2 people per room.

The following conditions on lodging apply:

• Players designated as representatives of their national federation (1 male and 1 female) are required to lodge at the tournament venue;
• Players requiring a visa invitation are required to lodge at the tournament venue;
• While up to 4 players per room is allowed, only 2 will receive passes for hot breakfast buffets during their stay

Local Transport

For a fee of $40, we are offering transport to and from O'hare International Airport at designated pick up and drop off times. Taxi fees one way, if secured alone, can be between $30-45 USD.
